5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — is the property of Synergy Squad EOOD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Client-provided creative assets remain the property of the client. Work product created specifically for a client under a service agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.

6. Campaign Delivery

While we strive for optimal campaign performance, we do not guarantee specific results such as impressions, clicks, conversions, or ROI. Campaign outcomes depend on numerous factors including budget, targeting, creative quality, market conditions, and platform policies.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms for advertising services are defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergy Squad EOOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synergy Squad EOOD from claims arising from client-provided content, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws in connection with advertising campaigns.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of our advertising services complies with applicable data protection regulations.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services at any time for violation of these Terms. Either party may terminate a service agreement as specified in the relevant contract.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
